Salon & Spa Policies

In order for each and every guest to receive the highest quality of service we adhere to certain policies. These Policies are in place to benefit our clients as well as our valued therapists and stylists.

APPOINTMENTS

All clients receiving spa services are to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment to ensure a timely appointment and complete any necessary forms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a deposit for single spa appointments , spa packages or group parties.  As a courtesy to our technicians, a minimum of  24 hours cancellation notice is required for single or double appointments, 48 hours for any spa package reservations, multiple services (3 or more), or a party of 3 or more people, and 1 week cancellation notice for group parties of 6 or more guests. All late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows will be charged the full service price.

ATTIRE & PROPERTY

We will provide bathrobes and slippers for your comfort and a variety of refreshments to delight and relax you. A smock for color treatments will be available to protect your clothing.

For your protection please do not bring valuables with you - if you must, please keep valuables with you at all times. We regret that Shear Bliss cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including valuables, clothing and accessories.
